About the forum host/moderator

Hello and welcome! I'm Ron Belisle, your host and moderator for the Teacher Tech Support Forum. So glad you're here!

With nearly four decades in the educational field, teaching and technology are my passions! I hold an MA in Applied Linguistics with a specialization in ESL (English as a Second Language). Why does that matter to you? Because of my many years of using simple English to explain complex concepts to my students and simple tech explanations to educators around the world. Practical, easy-to-understand explanations are my forte, including when it comes to technology.

Since the dawn of the digital classroom in the early '90s, I've been an active participant in the advancement of educational technology in education. From state to national platforms, I've presented workshops providing teachers and program administrators with insights and practical strategies for integrating technology into both the classroom and the administration of the program.
